Gills By The Bay is a family owned and operated restaurant located just south of Eureka, on the bay in King Salmon. Come on over and watch the wildlife and boats from the observation deck, stroll through the garden, enjoy the flowers, or just enjoy the sun. Most of all come enjoy our delicious seafood!

Since the 1940's this building has been a café, a bar, and a boat launching facility. It was then abandoned for years. In 1990 Ben and Vivian Gill bought the rundown property and converted it into what you see today. Ben, Vivian, daughter Denise and grandson Brent tend to the garden and flowers. A young Ben Gill can be seen in the whaling pictures in the restaurant.
